We believe PressStock has some unique features, great software is down to both the developers and the clients who use it and give their feedback on improvements and new features.
Who uses PressStock©
If you are client of ours then you should be using PressStock to keep track of your costs on printing, storage, and distribution. It does not matter if you have only one stock item, or thousands, you will find it can help to reduce your costs by providing management information on how your stock is used, who by, and when.
We are proud to support the TfL Travel for Life programme, with a user base of over six thousand schools, in 33 Boroughs across London, each having a unique user account and access level.
We supply the badges, banners, certificates, and management support. Transport for London has complete control over the usage of the items, we tailor made the system for them to include School Award Levels. We can do the same for you!
Overview
- Tailored for you: We will add new features to assist with your operational requirements.
- Single and Group company architecture: Whether you are a single company, or belong to a group of companies, our system supports your business architecture. Stock may be set as “Group Wide” for cross-company ordering.
- Access Control: The system is available via a secure internet connection (HTTPS), and only authorised users have access to the system. A user will be assigned specific roles within the system to restrict access to certain areas, if required.
- Cost Centre Accounting: Each user is assigned with a Cost Code, and Cost Centres may have multiple hierarchies. We operate a Cost Price, and Cost Centre Price model, whereby Cost Centres may be internally recharged at either the cost price or an alternative price.
- Stock Control: There are many control checks available for a Stock Code (SKU). Who is able to order, what is the maximum order quantity, what is the low stock alert level, has the item been replaced with a newer item, etc. The system also supports Stock Components e.g. “Packs”.
- Ordering: Stock Orders are made simple using a Shopping Basket approach where the user add’s one or more items to their basket and then completes the order for dispatch. Items which are not in stock will be placed on Back Order.
- Messaging Alerts: When an order is placed, or an item goes below the minimum level, or other set alerts, the system will inform the relevant user(s) via email.
- Reporting: The management reports are available online in Microsoft Excel format, and there are many to choose from to assist with your decision making. There are Detailed and Summarised reports.
